Beginning March 1, 2023, a 10% late fee per month will be applied to all accounts that have past-due invoices. Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month, between the 30th-5th, and have a 30-day window to remit payment.  



Beginning April 1, 2023, RTA Marketing, LLC (d/b/a Ashley Painter Marketing & Design) will be moving to a flat hourly rate for all services. At this time all monthly client agreements will be transitioned from a contracted monthly model to an hourly rate.

  • An hourly rate of $28/hour will be implemented across social media management accounts.

  • An hourly rate of $75/hour will be implemented across web and SEO management accounts.

  • An hourly rate of $75/hour will be implemented across all graphic design projects.

Anything outside of the scope of work agreed upon will be billed at the hourly rate for that service. 5th week social billing models will no longer be utilized, resulting in consistent monthly billing when additional services are not added. Packages remain available for long-term projects and large jobs such as website updates, logo design, and social media contracts. 



Service plans for ongoing social media, website, and SEO projects are built with a base number of hours and inclusions based on a standard 4-week month. To accommodate for months with 5 weeks, monthly hours are averaged out weekly and applied evenly throughout the year to determine the annual monthly fee.

For the purpose of continued transparency, the following formula is used to determine average monthly hours for any service plan:

  • Plan hours/4 = weekly hours (WH)

  • WH x 52 = annual hours (AH)

  • AH/12 = monthly hours (MH)

The average monthly hours are then multiplied by the hourly service rate to determine monthly responsibility.



Monthly plans will remain on the same monthly invoicing schedule, billed on the first of the month for all services rendered the month prior. Hourly rates will first be reflected on invoices dated April 30, 2023, with a due date of May 31, 2023. No action is required on your part; all current service plans will be automatically transferred on this date.



Existing contracts will be converted from monthly flat fees to contracted monthly hours, according to individual plan. For those currently in service contracts, all existing services will be retained and covered in the new hourly plan. There will be no quality change to, or elimination of, existing services provided. Existing clients should refer to separate document regarding financial changes to individual service agreements.



Since incorporating over two-and-a-half years ago, APMD has absorbed higher operating costs, from subscriptions and software to creative content licenses. Access to premium asset libraries, new methods of content collection and creation are required, as is an increased time investment to keep digital marketing strategy current in a world of ever-changing rules and algorithms.

Due to these increased costs and time commitment, a reassessment of all service structures and pricing was required.



The goal for Ashley Painter Marketing & Design is and always has been to support local small businesses with professional marketing support that they may not otherwise have access to. Outsourcing services to a local vendor is still a more cost-effective option that hiring a large agency, in-house employee, or absorbing the monthly hours across your existing team.

If for any reason you do not wish to continue services, written notice must be given by March 1, 2023, in accordance with the previously contracted standard of 30-days written notice.
